Please take into consideration the following measures and regulations during your recreation!

The safety and comfort of our Guests and Colleagues is paramount, so we have strict and secure measures in our hotel so you can completely relax and leave behind the difficult moments of the past during your stay here.

• Contactless hand sanitizing stations have been set up at the hotel, encouraging you to use them at several times a day if you need them.
• We replaced the traditional soaps with antiseptic soap in the restrooms and bathrooms of the hotel.
• The frequently affected surfaces are disinfected several times a day with antiseptic cloth and surface cleaners.
• We made it mandatory to wear protective equipment (mask), and depending on the area, rubber or thread gloves is a must for our colleagues.
• Our restaurant has been rearranged in accordance with legal regulations so there is a distance of at least 1.5 meters between each table. Please keep this safety distance!
• Our rooms and suites were completely disinfected, which was accompanied by an ozone generator cleaning, reduced the risk of infections and bacterial colonization. This way our guests can feel completely safe!

If you are unable to come on the pre-booked date due to epidemiological measures, please do not cancel your reservation! Our colleagues will exchange the paid deposit for a value voucher, and you will also be presented with a Royal Club Hotel club card which entitles you for discounts!

Although we are not able to receive leisure guests on the basis of the measures currently in force, we are not inactive until then!
